  1. How do I add a photo to my profile?

2. How do I cancel my auto-rebilling?

If you’re subscribed via PayPal

- Log in to your PayPal account.

- Click Profile at the top of the page.

- Click My Money then click Update beside My preapproved payments to find your payment.

- Select the payment, and then click Cancel.

A subscription can be cancelled up until the day before the next scheduled payment in order for you not to be charged.

Payments for LatinConexiones.com will be marked CEBCOR, Inc.

If you’re subscribed via CCBill, use one of the options below:

- Visit support.ccbill.com, where you can log into your account by using your email address, credit card and subscription ID number. Are you missing some of this information? It’s ok, you only need two of the three pieces of information to search the CCBill system.

- Please remember, the only subscriptions that will be found in the search are the ones attached to the exact information used to search, so if you didn’t find the subscription you were looking for, try using other another email address or credit card number.

- Dial 888-596-9279 to get in touch with one of CCBill’s representatives at their 24-hour Consumer Support centre.

- Calling from outside the United States? Please visit this list of international numbers to ensure you can contact CCBill as quickly as possible.

- Don’t feel comfortable calling CCBill? Send them an email with your request at consumersupport@ccbill.com and they will reply within 48 hours.

3. How do I contact other members as a non-subscribed member?

A number of contact opportunities are available in each person’s profile. 

However, you will need to either (1) log in with your credentials or (2) create an account, to be able to contact any member: 

4. I forgot my login details. 

There are 2 ways how you can get your login details:

Press sign in button>press “forgot password” link: https://clip2net.com/s/42rh20f >insert your email that connected with this page>press save. Check your mailbox, you should receive email with new password.

Second way:

Press sign in button>scroll the page down>click “contact us”: https://clip2net.com/s/42rh9DL  >write about your problem site admin. He’ll provide you with access details.

5. How do I hide or display my photos?

Click on necessary photo>scroll the page down>find privacy section>choose necessary option. The same steps with the albums.

6. How do I report abuse?

Go to the page of a person you’d like to complain about>press … icon: https://clip2net.com/s/42rhjui >the last option is report>click there>choose report reason.

7. I am having technical difficulties with my payment.

7.1. Possible reasons why you can’t pay online may include the following: 

- The payment amount exceeds your daily spending limit.

- The payment is larger than the maximum transaction allowed for your account.

- Your card has been locked by your issuing institution (e.g. bank).

The solution to the above problems is to contact your payment card's issuing institution and ask them to adjust your daily spending limit, maximum transaction size or to unlock your card. 

If lowering your maximum transaction or daily spending limit is for some reason impossible, consider making a series of smaller payments that fall under your limit.

7.2. It may also have to do with the troubles on the part of the payment system. Consider contacting their respective support teams at https://www.paypal.com/us/smarthelp/contact-us for PayPal and https://www.ccbill.com/support/consumer/

7.3. Consider contacting the administrator of the LatinConexiones.com website directly to negotiate a different payment method: https://www.latinconexiones.com/tickets/.

8. What payment methods are available?

9. How do I cancel a membership?

Contact the site administrator at https://www.latinconexiones.com/tickets/ to let them know that you wish to cancel your membership.

Follow the steps from Paragraph 2 ‘How do I cancel my auto-rebilling?’ if you’ve activated auto-rebilling.

Depending on the situation, you will either be able to use your current membership until the period expires, or you will be downgraded to the Standard membership.

If you wish to return the money for the days that you haven’t used the Premium membership, please contact the site administrator. 

10. How do I edit my Profile?

11. Can I change my username?

Go to your profile page>press “edit” in the first profile section>find Username string: https://clip2net.com/s/42rhY3Q > type new username>press “save” button in the end of the page.

12. How do I remove a photo?

Go to your profile page>press “edit” in the first profile section>scroll down the page>tick the box: https://clip2net.com/s/42riPMd >press “save” button.

13. How do I remove my account?

To remove your account you need:

>click on “Delete account”

14. How do I hide my profile?

To hide your profile you need:

Your profile wouldn’t be visible in search during 10 days.
